Seo Jiwoo is one of the best breakers on the roster, and to top it all, she gets a shield, which contributes significantly to her survivability. Seo Jiwoo scales from her HP, which makes her easy to build. To get the best out of Seo Jiwoo, we recommend focusing on the following stats: HP > CRIT Hit Rate = CRIT Hit DMG > Break.

You can quickly get HP from Seo Jiwoo's gear, which leaves you to focus on her CRIT rate. Unparalleled Bravery is the best weapon for her by far. It will increase her CRIT Hit damage with an additional multiplier once she uses her Heavy Attack skills.

Combining 2-piece of Holy Sacrifice and Toughness increases Seo Jiwoo's HP, where her damage scales from, and Crit Hit Rate to increase the likelihood of triggering CRIT Hit.
Meanwhile, the 4-piece Concentration of Firepower increases her MP consumption. However, it compensates by increasing Seo Jiwoo's damage and decreasing her Basic Skill cooldown, making her faster in landing hits. Even when her MP is depleted, her basic attacks remain strong due to their damage scaling from her HP.
Alternative Build
Another build focuses on her Break effect and CRIT. Since it's easy to increase her HP through her signature weapon and artifact substats, it is ideal to utilize sets tailored for Break and critical hit rate.

CRIT Rate increase aside, Unparalleled Bravery provides a solid HP based on its base stats. I could not extend enough that this weapon is ideal for Seo Jiwoo for tank and break build.
