You can get Baek Yoonho in the Draw section by spending Rate Up Draw Tickets and Custom Draw Tickets to draw in the following banners:
- Rate Up Banner: 0.043% chance of rolling Baek Yoonho. This increases to 0.600% in Baek Yoonho's Rate Up Banner.
- Custom Banner: 0.055% chance of rolling Baek Yoonho. Add to Rate Up list to increase chances to 0.150%.

Break Build
Baek Yoonho is a Light element Tanker, and his damage output scales from his Defense. When gearing him up, his stat priorities should be Defense > Break > Crit Hit Rate > HP > Light DMG.

Suppressed White Tiger's Spirit is the best Weapon you can equip Baek Yoonho, as it gives him a boost in Defense and Light Damage, significantly so at higher Advancement Levels.

To get the best out of Baek Yoonho, you need to focus on his Defense when rolling for Artifact substats, as the damage of all his skills scales off of his Defense.
Baek Yoonho is also one of the best breakers in the game, which is why Solid Analysis is the perfect Artifact set for him. Remember to split the Solid Analysis set with the Destroyer set 2/2 if you're not facing enemies with an Elemental Advantage though!
Alternate Build
For those who can't get their hands on the exclusive weapon and the above-mentioned artifacts, here are some alternate options that are a bit easier to get.

This build focuses on Baek Yoonho's Core Attack, so Steel Axe would be a cheap, but effective alternative to his Exclusive Weapon.
Alternative Artifacts

(4) Berserker | Equip 2 Pieces: When the user has 50% HP or less, their damage dealt increases by 15%. Equip 4 Pieces: HP condition has been changed to 70% and Damage Dealt Increase effect increases to 30%. |
Equipping the Solid Foundation set and Berserker set makes your Baek Yoonho a fantastic bruiser with quick Core Attacks and high damage at slightly lower HP.
This setup is great if you want to use Baek Yoonho as a DPS-Breaker hybrid.
