You can get Lee Bora in the Draw section by spending Rate Up Draw Tickets and Custom Draw Tickets to draw in the following banners:
- Rate Up Banner: 0.043% chance of rolling Lee Bora. This increases to 0.600% in Lee Bora's Rate Up Banner.
- Custom Banner: 0.055% chance of rolling Lee Bora. Add to Rate Up list to increase chances to 0.150%.

Attack Build
Lee Bora is a Dark-element Mage, and her damage output scales from her Attack stat. When gearing her up, her stat priorities should be Attack > Dark DMG > Crit Hit Rate > Crit Hit Damage.
Best Weapon

Just like how it is for all Hunters in the game, Lee Bora's best Weapon is her Exclusive Weapon. Solid Logic gives Lee Bora a boost in her Attack and crits, allowing her to fulfill her DPS role more effectively.
Best Artifacts

Lee Bora best performs as either your Main or Sub-DPS, you need to focus on her Attack when rolling for Artifact substats, as the damage of all her skills scales off of this stat.
Hence, a combination of Destroyer and Outstanding Connection Artifacts with substats that increase her Attack, Dark ATK, Crit Hit Damage, or Crit Rate is optimal.
Alternative Build
For those who can't get their hands on the exclusive weapon and the artifacts mentioned above, here are some alternate options that are easier to get.
Alternative Weapon

This build focuses on Lee Bora's DPS potential. An A5 Rare Bow should do very well as an alternative to her Exclusive Weapon, but you may also consider using the SR Steel Bow if you manage to get its Precision bonus high enough via Advancements.
Alternative Artifacts

Combining the Armed and Champion on the Field Artifact sets purely improves the amount of damage Lee Bora can dish out, improving her performance as your DPS unit.
It won't be as good as Lee Bora's best Artifact set, but since Destroyer and Outstanding Connection are also high-priority sets for other Hunters, this'll be a good stopgap until you farm enough Destroyer and Outstanding Connection set pieces with decent substats exclusively for her.
