Improved version of a Rectifier prototype from the Huanglong next-gen mass production weaponry project. With surging power and highly purified lens, its sound is only played by the wise of steel-like will.
ATK, energy regeneration, HP restoration, and ATK increase- Rectifier#25 is almost doing too much. Every time a resonator equipped with Rectifier#25 uses their Resonance Skill (ultimate) with less than 60% HP, they'll gain back 5% of their current HP and their ATK will increase by 12% for 10 seconds.
The energy regen passive is just a bonus.

Similar to all other weapons' tuning, Rectifier#25's skill effect is improved for each rank-up, resulting in higher HP restoration and a bigger ATK boost. However, the HP condition stays the same for every rank, unlike Sword#18.
