Wuthering Waves‘s 4-star Helios Cleaver is one of the few Broadblades encouraging character-switching during combat, thanks to its Attack stat increases and even more passive stacks.
Its passive is the most crucial aspect here; Helios Cleaver gradually increases your Resonator's Attack further upon entering the battlefield, resetting its stacks after some time.
So, high-damage Broadblade-wielding characters can exploit this by being aggressive on the offense as soon as they're switched in, switching out using their Outro Skill to make the most of the stacks before they expire, and then repeat the process.
There's more than one (1) way to do it, though, so make sure to experiment!

You're looking at more than 30% Attack improvement right off the bat albeit the time requirements. So, the Helios Cleaver justifies itself among the weapons you might be interested in grinding for.
