The 4-star Lunar Cutter is one of the best Swords in Wuthering Waves due to insane Attack buff it provides to its wielder. 6 stacks of Oath, with each stack increasing the Attack by 2%, can deal massive burst damage.
Even if you were to disregard the Passive, Lunar Cutter is still one of the deadliest base swords in Wuthering Waves. That's why it's a great weapon for every sword-wielding Resonator. Any Resonator that equips Lunar Cutter can deal massive amounts of burst damage with their intro and outro skill.
