Unlock The Quest
“The Fabled Magnetic Cube Mechanics I” is located in Tiger's Maw, as indicated in the image above. To start the quest, interact with the NPC named “Rambling and Wandering Engineer.”
Can't find the NPC Rambling and Wandering Engineer? Complete the Exploration Quest “Tiger's Maw – Act II – Shadow of the Past” to unlock the sidequest and have it appear on your map.
Take the Elevator
Head to the upper level of the mine using the elevator found at the center of the area, as indicated in the image. Interact with the terminal to activate. Once you reach the upper level, talk to Mizhi.
Solve Puzzle # 1
After talking to Mizhi, the first puzzle will start automatically. In a top-down view, your task is to push 
/
the Magnetic Cube to the correct Magnetic Conveyors. Follow the arrows indicated in the image above to solve the puzzle. Once you have completed the puzzle, talk to Mizhi.
Solve Puzzle # 2
The second puzzle commences after the dialogue with Mizhi. The same as the first one, push the cube to the correct Magnetic Conveyor. Follow the arrows indicated in the image above to solve the puzzle. Once you have completed the puzzle, talk to Mizhi.
Solve Puzzle # 3
The third puzzle commences after you talk to Mizhi. This time, you must Destroy Two(2) Boxes before moving the Magnetic Cube. After destroying the box to the south, a switch will appear.
With the switch revealed. Use this to move the hologram barrier when necessary.
Follow the arrows indicated in the image above to solve the puzzle. If the Hologram Wall blocks the Magnetic Cube, interact with the Switch to move it. Once you have completed the puzzle, talk to Mizhi. This concludes the The Fabled Magnetic Cube Mechanics – I Sidequest.
How to Unlock The Fabled Magnetic Cube Mechanics I
To unlock “The Fabled Magnetic Cube Mechanics I,” you must complete the Exploration Quest of Tiger's Maw – Act II – “Shadow of the Past.” If this quest is not completed, the NPC Quest Giver for “The Fabled Magnetic Cube Mechanics” will not appear.
