In Wuthering Waves, Resonance Skills (Ultimates) are mighty one-shot attacks unique to each Resonator. They're only limited by Resonance Energy that needs to be accumulated before an Ultimate can be unleashed.
With the Sword of Voyager on hand, Resonance Energy is recovered faster because the sword replenishes more of it after using a Resonance Skill. Coupled with the Sword's base Energy Regeneration Rate increase, you'll have your character's Ult quicker to be used in combat!

In its basic form, the Sword of Voyager's passive Resonance Energy recovery isn't great. However, you'll start noticing the difference when you Ascend it, letting you recover even more Resonance Energy per Skill use.
When participating in harder battles, a maxed-out Sword of Voyager elevates your chances of victory by giving you access to your Resonator's Ultimate earlier than usual. Eventually, this adds up as a fight rages on.
