In Wuthering Waves, there are several Scenery Viewpoints that you can interact with. They give you scenic images to be stored in your Gallery that you can view anytime, as well as Exploration progress for the region from where they were found.

All Viewpoint Map Locations in Wuthering Waves (Huanglong)
Listed below are all the Viewpoints you can interact with in Huanglong.
NOTE: All Viewpoints are marked by a blue telescope icon. If you don't see the icon even after going to any of the locations below, then you've either already interacted with it once or you haven't met the requirements to unlock it yet.
Warblade in Norfall Barrens Viewpoint Location
Unlock Requirements: You must progress through the Main Story until you get to Huanglong Chapter 1: Grand Warstorm, where you unlock the Norfall Barrens on the map.
The Warblade in Norfall Barrens is located northwest of Norfall Pass.
Falling Streams Viewpoint Location
This Scenery does not have any unlock requirements.
The Falling Streams is located northeast of Clouded Cliff, on a small, wooden bridge near a Resonance Beacon.
City of Jinzhou Viewpoint Location
This Scenery does not have any unlock requirements.
The City of Jinzhou is located northwest of Jinzhou, on the edge of a hill overlooking the city of Jinzhou.
Luminous Petals Viewpoint Location
To unlock this viewpoint, you must first clear the Exploration Quest: When the Forest is No Longer Dim.
The Luminous Petals viewpoint is located near the Forbidden Forest Resonance Nexus, on the edge of a hill overlooking the massive tree full of cherry blossoms in the area.
Moon Within Reach Viewpoint Location
To unlock this viewpoint, you must first clear the Side Quest: When Moonlight Shines in the Forest.
The Moon Within Reach viewpoint is located southwest of the Violet Banyan, in front of the Moon Tree.
Sentinel's Statue Viewpoint Location
All you have to do is clear the tutorial to access this viewpoint.
The Sentinel's Statue viewpoint is located right in the center of Memento Square, in front of the dragon's statue.
Raindrops of the Past Viewpoint Location
This Scenery does not have any unlock requirements.
The Raindrops of the Past is located southwest of Withering Frontline, near a pond with violet flowers.
Eternal Blue Viewpoint Location
This Scenery does not have any unlock requirements.
Eternal Blue is located northeast of Lollo Warehouse, on a hill overlooking a river below.
Daybreak Viewpoint Location
To unlock this Scenery, you must progress with the Exploration Quest: Stygian Lacrimosa. You can interact with it right away during the quest so long as you get access to the area shown in the images below.
Daybreak is located right in the southeast of Lollo Warehouse, near a swirling vortex of sand.
Ruins of Old Days Viewpoint Location
You can unlock this Scenery by reaching Union Level 17 and clearing the Depths of Illusive Realm quest.
Ruins of Old Days is located north of the Waving Battlefield, overlooking the entrance to the Illusive Realm.
Mt. Pingting Viewpoint Location
This Scenery does not have any unlock requirements.
Mt. Pingting is located west of the Corroded Ruins, at the top of a very tall hill facing Mt. Pingting.
Safety First! Viewpoint Location
This Scenery does not have any unlock requirements.
Safety First! is located north of the Distribution Center, at the edge of a tall plateau facing the Tiger's Maw Mine.
Weightless Skyscrapers Viewpoint Location
This Scenery can be unlocked upon completion of the Exploration Quest: We Promise, We Deliver, which also removes the poisonous red blossoms all over the Sea of Flames map.
Weightless Skyscrapers is located at the edge of a broken bridge near the floating formation in the sky, southeast of the Sea of Flames.
Sky Incinerated Viewpoint Location
This Scenery does not have any unlock requirements.
Sky Incinerated is located north of the Sea of Flames, on top of a building facing the massive arc of lights near Nostalgia Isles.
What Are Viewpoints?
Scenery Viewpoints are interactable points of interest that are scattered all over the map in Wuthering Waves. Collecting them will add images to your Sceneries Gallery, all of which you can view anytime.
Collecting Viewpoints doesn't give you any items, however, it does increase your Exploration Progress for every region you find them in. This is essential for increasing your Pioneer Level and claiming those sweet Exploration rewards, so don't forget to collect them all!
