Phantom Echoes are extremely rare Echoes that have an alternate color scheme in Wuthering Waves. These Echoes spawn randomly throughout Solaris-3, while others can be purchased via in-game currencies.

List of All Phantom Echoes
- Feilian Beringal
The Phantom Feilian Beringal can be purchased from the Points Shop in the Adversity Exchange tab for 120 Hazard Records. Players will need to acquire a total of 1,200 Hazard Records in the Tower of Adversity before this Phantom becomes available.
- Impermanence Heron
The Phantom Impermanence Heron can be purchase for 900 Illusive Specimens in the Illusive Store. To unlock it for purchase, players will need to Clear Difficulty IV of the Illusive Realm before it becomes available.
- Mourning Aix
The Phantom Mourning Aix is purchase from the Points Shop in the Simulation Training tab for 300 Data Sets. Players will first need to gather a total of 3,500 Data Sets from the Tactical Hologram: Calamity game mode.
- Thundering Mephis
The Phantom Thundering Mephis is purchase from the Points Shop in the Simulation Training tab for 300 Data Sets. Players will first need to gather a total of 2,500 Data Sets from the Tactical Hologram: Calamity game mode.
How to Get Phantom Echoes
Purchase from Stores
The most reliable way to acquire Phantom Echoes is via purchase from the in-game stores. Phantom versions of Feilian Beringal, Impermanence Heron, Mourning Aix, and Thundering Mephis are amongst the Phantom Echoes that are currently available for purchase.
Looking at the shop entry for Impermanence Heron, we can surmise that these Phantom Echoes may be on a shop rotation, meaning that they may only be available from the shops temporarily, with different Phantom Echoes becoming available as the shop refreshes.
Hunt in the Wild
While extremely rare, there Phantom Echoes do have a minute chance of spawning out in the wilds of Solaris-3. Most Echoes have a fixed spawn point, so revisiting spots and continuously defeating Tacet Discords will eventually net you a Phantom Echo.
Keep in mind though, that chances being as small as they are, you might be farming Echoes for days, weeks, maybe even months before you acquire a Phantom.
What Are Phantom Echoes?
Shiny Echoes
Phantom Echoes is the collective term for ‘shiny' echoes. Pokemon fans will recognize the term ‘shiny' to mean alternate color schemes. These Echoes are extremely rare and have a low chance of spawning randomly out in the wilds of Solaris-3.
Acquiring Phantom Echoes will allow you to use the Phantom Echo as a normal Echo. Additionally, you can also swap out the color scheme of any of your owned Echoes that you have already acquired a Phantom version of.
This essentially allows you to equip an Echo with your preferred stats, while giving it the appearance of a Phantom Echo.
