How to Get Cecia
Guaranteed Pull in First Recruit 10
In the BETA version of the game, every player is guaranteed to pull Cecia with the first 10x Recruit under the All-Hero Recruitment and the Epic Recruitment banner. You will need Invite Letters, Epic Invite Letters, or Diamonds to Recruit.

Noble Tavern
You can get Cecia from the following Recruitment banners by spending Invite Letters or Epic Invite Letters in the Noble Tavern, so long as you have her on your Wishlist:
- Rate Up Recruitment – Only if Cecia appears as a Rate Up Hero (3% chance for Rate Up Heroes)
- All Hero Recruitment (2.05% chance for Epic Heroes)
- Epic Recruitment (5.22% chance for Epic Heroes)
All-Hero Login Event
You can get Cecia from the All-Hero Login event. In the All-Hero Login event, players get an Elite Hero as a daily login reward.
However, Cecia is an Epic Hero. So, players must log in for SEVEN consecutive days to flip a card that guarantees 1 Random Epic or Celestial/Hypogean hero.
There’s no surety that you’ll get Cecia, but it’s worth a go!

You can purchase up to 2 copies of Cecia per month from the Arena Store for 9,600 Arena Coins each.

He gains an additional 45% max HP but loses 4% of max HP per second. When summoned, Mr. Carlyle entangles enemies withing 2 tiles using Spiky Wrath, dealing 140% damage per second for 2s. The entangled enemies cannot move or act. If Mr. Carlyle is already on the battlefield when this skill is used again, the skill restores his HP to Max, allowing him to cast the Spiky Wrath again. | ||

The absorbed stats last until the battle ends and are also shared by Mr. Carlyle. Cecia can only absorb each target up to 8 times. This skill prioritizes enemies who have not reached the limit and are not in the control immunity status. | ||
