Noble Tavern
The handsome Lucius is summonable from Recruitment Banners found in the Noble Tavern. To get him, you need to spend Diamonds, Invite Letters, or Epic Invite Letters.
If you want to improve your chances, make sure to put him on your wishlist!

All-Hero Login Event
By participating in AFK Journey‘s All-Hero Login Event, you can easily recruit Lucius by logging into the game for a week (7 days)!
Emporium
For a more consistent source, Lucius (and his dupes) can also be purchased from the Emporium's Dream Store. Each copy is sold for 1,200 Dream Fragments respectively.
