Noble Tavern
Korin, The Woodwalker is a good character to pull for from the Noble Tavern's Recruitment Banners. You'll need to spend Diamonds, Invite Letters, or Epic Invite Letters to do so, but your chances increase if you have him on your unlocked wishlist.

Korin (or his dupes) can also be acquired by visiting the Emporium's Dream Store. Depending on what's available before the next refresh, Korin copies are sold here for 1,200 Dream Fragments each.

A-Level Soulstones
By combining 60 Soulstones (A-Level), you can then get a Soul Sigil (A-Level) to be used for unlocking Korin. However, the type of Soul Sigil received is randomized, meaning you might also get another A-Level character instead.
