You can get Silvina from the following Recruitment banners by spending Invite Letters or Epic Invite Letters in the Noble Tavern, so long as you have her on your Wishlist:
- Rate Up Recruitment (10% chance for Elite Heroes)
- All Hero Recruitment (22% chance for Elite Heroes)
- Epic Recruitment (18.75% chance for Elite Heroes)
All-Hero Login Event
You can get Silvina from the All-Hero Login event by logging in consecutively for 13 Days.

You can purchase up to 15 copies of Silvina per month from the Dream Store for 1,200 Dream Fragments each.
