Noble Tavern
A fearsome fighter, Kruger can be pulled from the Noble Tavern's Recruitment Banners by spending Diamonds, Invite Letters, or Epic Invite Letters. Your chances to get him are improved if you include him on your wishlist!

Outside of RNG chances, you can purchase Kruger (or his dupes) from the Emporium's Dream Store too. Here, each copy is sold for 1,200 Dream Fragments.
