How to Get Scarlita
Noble Tavern
You can get Scarlita from the Stargaze Station (3.25% chance for selected Hypogean or Celestial Hero) by spending Stellar Crystals in the Noble Tavern, so long as you have her as your selected Guaranteed Hero.
All-Hero Login Event
There is a chance that you can get Scarlita (or any other Epic hero) from the All-Hero Login event with a Card Flip every seven days, with increased chances at every 28th, 56th, 84th, and 112th consecutive login.
Emporium
You can purchase up to 6 copies of Scarlita per month from the Guild Store for 30,000 Guild Medals each, as well as other Celestial and Hypogean heroes.

| She slashes the ground in the specified direction to create a 3-tile-wide Rock Wave, dealing 200% damage to all enemies in this direction and knocking them back to the edge of the battlefield. Afterward, she charges at them and strikes, dealing 200% damage to enemies within the radius of a 2-tile arc and stunning them for 1s. The skill damage is increased by 10% for each surviving ally besides her. She is Unaffected when casting this skill. | ||

| When a battle starts, she blinks to the backline, ascends to the sky, and hovers above the battlefield. While in the air, she is invincible, recovering 40 Energy per second, and increasing 2% ATK till the battle ends. 15s into the battle or when there are 2 or fewer surviving non-summoned allies beside her, she descends near the frontmost enemy. She smashes the ground upon landing, dealing 200% damage to the enemies within 2 tiles and knocking them up, stunning them for 4s. | ||
