How to Unlock Side Quests?
Progress Through Story
Progression through the Main Quest of Wuthering Waves unlocks the Optional Quest. Some are connected to the main storyline, giving you a deeper understanding of the story or a glimpse of the individual NPC's life in Solaris-3.
These alternative quests may branch out once you have completed certain parts of the Main Quest or when you unlock a new location on the map; some also reveal after you sync with the Resonance Nexus.
Increase Union Level
Some quests unlock once you reach a specific Union Level in Wuthering Waves. New Side content becomes available as you level up by gaining experience points through battles and quests. So, keep an eye out as you explore the overworld.
What Are Side Quests?
This type of quest in Wuthering Waves serves as an “option” content that provides extra rewards upon completion. It may include different activities, such as defeating monsters, discovering new sites, finding requested items, parkour, finishing complex challenges, and many more.
These quests usually have no expiration and are ready to be picked up whenever you're ready.
