What Are Supplies?
Purchasable consumables & ingredients
In-game, it's easy to confuse Supplies with Resources. Generally, Supplies are those you consume to get various benefits or buffs, but some can be ingredients for creating other things instead.
To get more Supplies, you normally purchase them from shops, vendors, or NPCs. However, depending on the item, some need to be Cooked or Synthesized instead.
Supplies can range from the most common goods to exquisite stuff sold for high prices. Remember to keep your eyes peeled while adventuring in the Overworld; some can occasionally be acquired as loot too.
