Google somehow let another major Pixel 3 leak happen, again 2

I'm pretty tired of writing about Pixel leaks at this point, and not because I'm not excited about the phone. Every other day somebody gets their hands on a phone, or buys one on the black market, or uploads a video with it on the internet. New phones are exciting, but you have to make me work for it and want it, you know, Google?

Leaky ship comments aside, yep, today we're getting another look at the Pixel 3 XL. There's very little to talk about that we haven't seen before, but these new photos do show a few interesting things.

Small detail, but the SIM tray for the phone is actually on the bottom of the device, and the power button is green. Is Google going to offer different, randomized power button colors for their phones? Hey, if it catches us off guard and surprises us at the Pixel event, let's do it.

To top that off, MySmartPrice managed to get ahold of one of Google's marketing videos for the phone itself.

I really don't have words to describe how poorly Google has kept this phone a secret. But if you're interested, you can watch the video and check out the new camera interface for the Pixel 3 below. Camera stuff starts at around 57 seconds, if you're interested.

October 9th will be the official unveiling date for the Pixel 3, assuming Google doesn't accidentally start selling them the week before.

  1. I’m sure you’re not the only one who’s not interested in this phone, Mr. Peters. And I’m sure a lot of people, including myself, are tired of reading about Pixel leaks. But I forgive you because I know you have to generate traffic for this website. I will say this, however, it will be a miracle if the Pixel 3 will match the Pixel 2 in sales. FYI, the Google sold only around 4 mil Pixel 2s for the entire 2017!!
