You can get Mysterious Codes in Wuthering Waves by delivering Sonance Caskets to the Relic Merchant in Jinzhou. Along with Mysterious Code, you'll get other items and resources like EXP Potions, Wavebands, Astrite, and more!
There are levels of Sonance Casket deliveries and Mysterious Codes are available at Level 3, Level 7, and Level 9. Put it into numbers and you'll have to deliver 95 Sonance Caskets to get THREE Mysterious Codes.
