Armory Overview
How the Armory Works

Your strongest Weapons in terms of overall Power are placed in the Armory. The basic premise of the Armory is that, the more you upgrade the Weapons placed in your Armory, the more Power you get from them.
To put it simply, upgrading the Weapons placed in your Armory as well as unlocking and enhancing slots is one of the best ways to get stronger fast in Solo Leveling: Arise.
You get two slots for Player Weapons upon gaining access to the Armory feature as soon as Sung Jinwoo reaches Level 30, but you can unlock up to four more slots using Gold and Marks of Time.
Enhancing & Unlocking Armory Slots
There are two ways that you can increase the amount of Power you get from the Armory, and that is by either enhancing Armory Slots or unlocking more slots so you can place additional Weapons on it.

Enhancing a slot increases the % of Power it takes from the Weapon placed on it which, by extension, increases the Power you receive from that slot.
Here’s how much Power an Armory Slot receives from a Weapon depending on the slot’s Enhancement Tier and the weapon’s rarity:
| Armory Slot Enhancement Tier | Power Received (R Weapons) | Power Received(SR Weapons) | Power Received (SSR Weapons) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 0 | 10% | 20% | 30% |
| Tier 1 | 16% | 31% | 52% |
| Tier 2 | 21% | 42% | 73% |
| Tier 3 | 27% | 53% | 95% |
| Tier 4 | 32% | 64% | 117% |
| Tier 5 | 38% | 76% | 138% |
| Tier 6 | 43% | 87% | 160% |
| Tier 7 | 49% | 98% | 182% |
As you can see from the table above, SSR Weapons give you way more Power than SR and R Weapons when placed in an Armory Slot.

Aside from the two free slots you get upon gaining access to the Armory feature, you can unlock the other four slots by spending either Marks of Time or Essence Stones.
Although, we highly recommend not spending your Essence Stones outside of buying Rate Up Draw Tickets. Instead, just farm Marks of Time and save them up for slot unlocks and enhancements.
Where to Get Marks of Time

You can get Marks of Time by clearing Gates. They can appear as drops even in Normal Gates (i.e. Blue Gates), but we advise clearing Red Gates, Special Gates, or Dungeon Breaks instead, as you’ll get better rewards that way.

You can also get Marks of Time by purchasing them from the Weapon Materials Exchange Shop:
| Marks of Time Sold | Purchase Cost | Purchase Limit |
|---|---|---|
| x5 Mark of Time I | 1,800 Traces of Dimensions | 50 per week |
| x5 Mark of Time II | 70 Mana Powered Imbued Casting | 25 per week |
As you can see, both can be purchased with currencies that can only be obtained by salvaging weapons:
- Traces of Dimensions are obtained after salvaging R Weapons.
- Mana Powered Imbued Castings are obtained after salvaging SR and SSR Weapons.
Conclusion
Upgrading your Weapons and enhancing your Armory Slots is essential if you want to squeeze as much Power as possible from this feature.
