Get ready, because a new DROID device from Motorola is coming. The company reactivated the @DroidLanding Twitter account and now it is dropping some hints as to what we can expect. The said Twitter account tweeted “Faster charging is a big deal. That’s why we made it a bigger deal.”

It is safe to say that this means the upcoming DROID device will feature Qualcomm's Quick Charge 2.0 technology. This is a technology that allows a device to speedily charge without having to wait hours to get meaningful longevity in terms of battery life after unplugging. Motorola is already using this technology with its Turbo Charger that is compatible with the new Moto X.
