Verizon pushing Android 4.4.4 update to Samsung Galaxy S 5

Owners of the Galaxy S 5 on Verizon, be prepared for a software update. Fellow TalkAndroid writer Jack Holt shared the screenshot above that shows his Samsung device receiving a bump to Android 4.4.4 alongside some Bluetooth fixes. This means that Big Red's version of the Galaxy S 5 is now running the latest version of Android.

Verizon customers that own the HTC One (M8), you can expect your update starting today.

    1. That’s normal. In the initial features of the S5 it had the ability to utilize wifi and 4G at the same time. Apparently VZW brought the feature back
