‘Franz the Suspect' is a segment of the Ryeham Tales story questline that follows ‘Truth Behind Fire.' Following a thorough investigation into the fire incident in Northville, all evidence points to one individual: Lord Franz. He orchestrated the entire event and falsely accused Mirael; she had been innocent all along.
Step-by-Step Franz the Suspect Guide
Franz the Suspect: Part One
Inform Hogan: With evidence in hand, head to Holistone (275;156), and talk to Hogan. Tell him the truth and clear Mirael's name.
Meet Mirael: Mirael is finally free, and Rowan apologizes for accusing her. The group is ready to face Franz, but Mirael (278;185) wants to talk to you first.
Talk to Vala: You heard from Lorsan that Lord Franz is at Lady Vala's (302;161). Go there to take the opportunity to talk to her.
Ask Rowan: Lord Franz invited Lady Vala to a Golden Banquet. You suspect that he's scheming. Talk to Rowan in Mithril Consortium (285;169) to ask him for a way to obtain an invitation letter.
Completing the first part of Ryeham Tales, Franz the Suspect. You receive:

Franz the Suspect: Part Two
Check the Cart: Head to Southville to find a way to sneak into the Banquet until you encounter an overturned cart. Investigate the Looted Cart (407;106) to find some answers.
Beat the Burgin: The area seems dangerous, and a couple of gurglin lurking by. Beat the massive Burgin (411;120) to ensure it won't harm nearby citizens.
After defeating the Mad Burgin, you will receive the final reward for the ‘Franz the Suspect' questline. You receive:
500 Diamonds and 20,000 Gold.
How to Unlock
Franz the Suspect story quest becomes available after you have accessed the Golden Wheatshire 2 and completed the Ryeham Tales: Truth behind Fire Quest. Resonance Level 30 and AFK Stage 30 are required to unlock Wheatshire 3 for Part Two.
