Step-by-Step The Sage's True Self Guide
STEP 1: Unlock Dark Forest 6
You must unlock the Dark Forest 6 to access the story quest. Meet the following conditions to challenge the Hypofiend Lvl. 108 (396;285) and clear the miasma: Resonance Level 71 and Complete AFK Stage 300.
Note: If you're struggling to progress beyond AFK Stage 300, consider ascending and leveling your heroes, as well as upgrading their equipment. Don't forget to prioritize leveling your Artifacts, as they significantly boost your progress.
STEP 2: Defeat the Guards
With Dark Forest 6 now accessible, continue forward, and you will encounter Guard Brillia (407;279). Defeat the Thorned Guards to clear your path forward.
STEP 3: Go to Thorned Camp
It turns out that the Thorned Guards you stumbled into are Parisa's old crew. Join them and head to the Thorned Camp (444;369) to rest and regroup.
STEP 4: Go to Flower Grove
Her old troops didn't follow Eomir but stayed true to Parisa's teachings. With her troops' support, Parisa decided to stay and command the Thorned Guards again and gifted you a scroll of teleportation magic. Now, continue your venture to the Flower Grove (418;284).
STEP 5: Defeat the Corrupted Creature
The grove has been corrupted into a terrible sea of blackness! Affected by the corruption, creatures in the Flower Grove have become wildly aggressive. Defeat the Corrupted Creature (409;297). To complete the purification, you must take them down first.
STEP 6: Purify the Grove
With the Corrupted Creatures no longer a threat, hurry to the Grove (408;294) and purify it before the fog that fills the area consumes you. Tap & Hold on to the action cue while standing next to it.
To purify a large-scale area has exhausted you of magic. Everyone is worried about your well-being but thankful for your efforts. After the dialogue, the ‘The Sage's True Self' concludes.
How to Unlock
The ‘The Sage's True Self’ story quest becomes available after you complete Lucent’s Lament: The Getaway. Resonance Levels 71 and progress through AFK Stage 300 are required to unlock Dark Forests 6 to access the whole quest.
