With much of the attention being drawn toward the Galaxy Alpha and its toted metal design, Samsung's giant-screened, stylus wielding smartphone hasn't seen much of the spotlight. However, photos leaked over the weekend showcasing the new device and giving us a look at what we may see from the Samsung powerhouse.
We see the S Pen holster and a microUSB 3.0 port on the bottom of the phone. For those that haven't been paying attention, Samsung switched to USB 3.0 plug earlier this year with the S5 and it looks like the company is continuing that trend. We also see a heart-rate monitor below the camera lens.
The device is rumored to sport a 5.7-inch 2,560 x 1,440 QHD display and come with the faux leather backing the Note 3 came with. The device is said to be announced on Wednesday, Sept. 3 at the annual IFA event in Berlin with a launch rumored for Sept. 25. With that, we're only a few weeks away from the new Note device.

If these pics are real, the lack of a protective cover over the charging port would appear to indicate that Note 4 will not have the waterproofing feature like the S5.
