Now that Samsung's Galaxy Premier event is over, it's now time to pay a little attention to the upcoming Galaxy Note 4. With each edition of the Note, Samsung has increased the display size, but will they do that again with the Note 4?

The answer appears to be no based on the fact that the AT&T version (SM-N910A) showed up in India for testing with a 5.7-inch display, the same size as the Note 3. However, it's not all about the size right? This time around, the resolution is going to be much better. Previous reports pegged the resolution to be QHD (2560 x 1440), and that is now confirmed, thanks to a user agent profile on Samsung's own site.

The original Note had a 5.3-inch display, followed by 5.5-inches for the Note II, and 5.7-inches for the Note 3. This will be the first time that Samsung is keeping the display size the same. Are any Note faithfuls disappointed?

  1. Thank God they’re keeping it the same size. The Note 3 was the absolute biggest reasonable size for a phablet without being simply unwieldy. It’s large, but it’s doable. 6″ is not doable for most normal sized human beings.
