A man walks out of Samsung Electronics' headquarters in Seoul

We've got rumors from South Korea this morning — it looks like the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is currently in mass production and will continue through July, to prepare for a September 25 global launch.

An official announcement is expected at IFA 2014 consumer electronics trade show in Berlin. The rumors, at least this time, can be taken with a bit more than just a grain of salt, as multiple shareholders seem to be the leakers this time.

As for the device, you can expect to see a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED screen with QHD resolution, and two variants will be available, with two different processors: a Snapdragon 805 or an Exynos 5433. Each will feature 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, and ship running Android 4.4.3 with the newest TouchWiz UI. As for cameras, we'll get a 16MP main shooter and a 3.68 front camera.

The curved screen and three-sided screen versions are still rumors, so we'll know for sure about those soon.
