Latest leak shows a blue Samsung Galaxy Note 9 sporting a yellow S Pen

With less than a month to go before Samsung launches the Galaxy Note 9 at an event held in New York on August 9th; promotion material has leaked showing the handset in a bold blue and yellow color scheme that ties up neatly with previously leaked images

We’ve seen a similar navy blue and yellow color scheme outed by Samsung itself, but the image tweeted by Ice Universe above also gives us a close-up view of the variety of ports present on the Galaxy Note 9. Starting from the left-hand side is the docking port for the S Pen, next is a plastic antenna cutout with a microphone hole alongside that doesn’t quite line-up with the other ports. In the middle is the USB Type-C charging socket, and audiophiles will be pleased to note that there is a 3.5mm audio port present with another antenna cutout to its right.

Something that isn’t present on the Galaxy Note 9 is the dreaded notch, Samsung has thankfully avoided following this most annoying design trend. Rumors point towards the phone having a 4,000mAh battery as well as a larger, 6.4-inch display, if true, it could help the Galaxy Note 9 stand out from the Galaxy S9+ that launched earlier this year at MWC 2018.

We have less than a month to wait until the Unpacked event on August 9th, what are you hoping to see with the Galaxy Note 9?
