LG sent us a presser last night regarding the G Watch R, but it didn't specify any pricing. However, the German presser did. The full circle smartwatch will go for €299, which is €100 more than the G Watch.

The LG G Watch R will be available in Germany from October at a recommended retail price of 299 euros. At IFA in Berlin Until September 10 at the LG booth in Hall 11.2 already admire the G Watch R on 5.
This translates to $395 here in the U.S., but I wouldn't expect that to be the price here. In fact, it's likely to be $299 to $329. That would be a $70 to $100 premium over the $229 price for the G Watch.
Considering the watch sports a full circle display, a $100 premium seems logical even though I know most of you were hoping for $50. Assuming the Moto 360 comes in at the expected $249 price point, is LG really pricing themselves out of the ballpark? They have the full circle, but of course they also have more bezel. What do you think? Too much of a premium for that extra 5% of the circle or are you happy to pay the additional $50 to $75 over the Moto 360?

ok then…let’s assume the g watch r is $299 USD. They have still made it easier for people to choose the moto360 at $249 imo.
Usually 299 euros is 299 dollars regarding retail prices.
I will wait with my opinion for the official release :-)
People always forget, that European prices already include all taxes whereas US prices are before taxes. In Germany the VAT is 19%, so the price before taxes is 250€,e.g. about 320$.
