Android 14 Beta

If you've sat by and watched covetously as Google's Pixel phones got first dibs on the Android 14 Beta, your wait may be over thanks to several OEMs signing up to participate in the program. Depending on whether your phone is one of the chosen ones, you can install the beta firmware on your handset to see what Android 14 has in store, albeit in a non-stable format.

Before we go further, it should be noted that OEM-beta releases do not follow Google's schedule regarding updates. Some OEMs may not provide an update on the initial Android 14 beta build before its stable release is ready, which could be a few months. They may also not provide a rollback option, which means you could be stuck on the Android 14 beta until the stable build is made available. What this means is, it's probably a bad idea to install a beta build on your primary device.

The following smartphones are eligible for the Android 14 beta:

Realme GT 2 Pro (RMX3301)

Oppo Find N2 Flip (DragonFly)

OnePlus OnePlus 11 5G (Salami)

Tecno Camon 20 Series

Vivo X90 Pro

iQOO 11

Xiaomi

Xiaomi 12T (Plato):

Xiaomi 13 (Fuxi):

Xiaomi 13 Pro (Nuwa):

Xiaomi Pad 6 (Pipa):

Nothing Phone 1 (SpaceWar)
