If you missed out on signing up for free MLB TV the last time around, T-Mobile is once again getting ready to offer the perk to new and existing subscribers. Worth $139, the season pass to MLB TV will go live on May 23 and run through July 17th, so there are no excuses if you miss out yet again.
And, if you are switching over to a Go5G Plus on T-Mobile, the Uncarrier will give you a $200 prepaid gift card to put towards your favorite sports streaming package – whether it's hockey, football, or something else. I should add that T-Mobile will do this for each line you switch over to the carrier, which sounds like a good thing to me. The only limitation on the prepaid gift card appears to be that it can't be cashed out, which means you can always put it towards another purchase if you want.
“T-Mobile customers love streaming and love sports, so naturally, we’re giving them more of what they love — the best of baseball with MLB.TV, our most popular perk, and a sports streaming app of their choice. On top of the free MLS Season Pass they already get,” said Mike Sievert, T-Mobile CEO. “We always put customers in the driver’s seat, and now they can choose another sports app that matches their interests perfectly.”
