It was only days ago that Samsung quietly slashed pricing for the Z Flip 7 FE by $200 on Amazon. The phone launched at $899 and almost immediately landed at $699. The message was clear that Samsung overestimated the appeal of a budget foldable that didn’t feel much cheaper.
Meanwhile, listing for the wider Z Fold 7 already marks it as Amazon’s Choice, and the foldable is now also on sale. It's selling for $1,700, down from its original $2,000 launch price. If you need a new flagship, it's probably your sign to buy Samsung's latest phone before they raise the price again.
Samsung's foldable flagship phone is 14% off
The Galaxy Z Fold 7 model is up for grabs in the 256GB unlocked version. It comes in the Silver Shadow color and is roughly $300 off its launch. It's Samsung’s most premium foldable yet. It has an 8-inch inner AMOLED display running at 120Hz, paired with a 6.5-inch cover screen that feels closer to a regular slab phone.

It uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip and is backed by 12GB of RAM. It has a 200MP main camera supported by a 12MP ultrawide and a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. The battery capacity is 4,400mAh battery with 25W wired and wireless charging.
The frame is reinforced with Samsung’s new Armor Aluminum and Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2. The phone runs the latest Android 16 software with the custom One UI 8. Samsung has committed to a long-term update support of seven years.

The 512GB version is also on sale. It carries the same 12GB of RAM and other similar specifications. But it's priced at $1,820, down from $2,119. The only major difference is in how much storage you get and that it costs roughly $120 more than the 256GB version.

Motorola Razr+ 2025 is 32% off
Samsung is not the only one trying to convince you that its foldables are worth the money. Motorola is also leaning hard into its Razr lineup with a major discount for the Razr+ 2025. The clamshell flip phone runs Android 15 on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3, which is a slightly toned-down version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 used on the Z Flip 7 FE.
It's paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor and a 32MP front camera. The design is slim and colorful Hot Pink and backed by IP48 water resistance with a titanium hinge.

The battery capacity is 4,000mAh with 45W TurboPower fast charging. It's currently selling around $684, down from the original $1,000 price. Given the limited nature of these discounts, you might want to jump quickly.
It’s unfair to make a comparison because the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 demands a different level of expectation entirely. It’s properly built for split-screen productivity, power, and longevity, with Samsung backing it with years of updates and high-end hardware.
Motorola, on the other hand, isn’t really known for having the best long-term support or top-tier performance in this category. But your budget determines the purchase in the end.
