Emojis

Emojis are something that I never really notice unless I can't find one that matches what I want to say, and then it's a case of seeing where I can find a suitable example online. Yes, I know that I could choose to express my sentiment in actual words, but that would be half the fun or perhaps twice the effort. New emojis are added to Android with each new version and the official rollout of stable Android 11 is no different as it includes 117 brand-new emojis and refinements to around 2,000 emojis from previous releases.

All 117 new emojis are taken from Unicode's Emoji 13.0 recommendations, and while some of these have previously been available to Android 11 beta testers, the full range is now present in the stable builds of Android 11 that are rolling out via OTA.
