Each and every Verizon customer that owns the Moto X should be expecting a software update. Motorola transferred the update over to Verizon and, after being approved, it is being pushed out starting today. The 2013 flagship is getting some fixes and improvements aside from the Android 4.4.4 boost. The camera quality has been improved to handle lighting and range better. And users can now pause video recording. The only other change is the redesigned Dialer app. The Moto X is now running the latest version of Android, proving carriers are getting better at making sure updates are issued as quickly as possible.
