HTC's rollout of Android 4.3 for their HTC One customers continues to spread around the globe with users in some European countries now reporting they are being notified to grab the OTA update. Unlike users on some carriers in the U.S., like those on T-Mobile that started to see the update this week, the update rolling out in Europe includes HTC's Sense 5.5 interface, an upgrade from Sense 5.0. That change will bring users some new features for BlinkFeed and more search support for Google+ and RSS feeds, including the ability to turn off BlinkFeed.

Thus far the update appears to have hit some Eastern European markets and Russia according to @LlabTooFeR and reports indicate some Nordic countries are receiving the update. Meanwhile, HTC UK is estimating three to five more weeks before British customers receive the new update.
