Sony Smartwatch 2 Launched in Europe and Comes With Dedicated App

The Smartwatch craze continues to push forward, and with it Sony is releasing its second generation of wearable tech with the Smartwatch 2. For £149.99 you can purchase the watch with a rubber wristband where as £169.99 will get you one with a metal wristband from the Sony Mobile Store UK. In Germany the watch with a rubber wristband goes for €179. Other regions including France, Italy and Spain will see it available for €189. The metal wristband goes for €199 in all regions.

The Play Store has also seen the release of a dedicated app for your smartphone. With it, you'll be able to see what extensions are available for your device. We have a small trailer for you after the break.
