Here's something I bet you have never seen. A dual SIM Android phone with TD-LTE, TD-SCDMA and GSM bands! The ZTE MT73 was spotted at the China Mobile's booth at the Mobile Asia Congress event and isn't expected to leave China any time soon. While only a prototype, the MT73 is still waiting for the Chinese government to issue a commercial license for TD-LTE before it will enter production.
As far as specs go, the ZTE MT73 features Android 2.3.4, a 4.1-inch 854 x 480 capacitive LCD display, an 800MHz MediaTek processor, 1GB of RAM, a 5MP rear camera, a VGA front camera and a 1,100mAh battery. The guys over at Engadget are reporting that the device feels a bit cheaply built but tributes that to its prototype state. China Mobile has exclusive rights to the device and the release is pending TD-LTE approval.
