We have been hearing about the HTC Ruby for a few weeks now. Supposedly it will be branded as the Amaze and will launch October 26th on T-Mobile. Our understanding is that it will be DC-HSPA+ which means 42Mbps transfers.
These pictures have a different color variation from the original leaked photos, but the design is a perfect match. The specs include a 4.3-inch (960 x 540) display, 1.5GHz dual-c0re processor, 1GB RAM, 8MP camera, and 16GB storage. Android 2.3 Gingerbread is onboard, but Sense wasn't enabled on this prototype. This is not surprising as HTC devices marketed on T-Mobile generally have limited Sense functionality.
More photos after the break.
