On Friday, an unspecified Lenovo smartphone received certification from the Wi-Fi Alliance. Its model number is “Lenovo X2-EU,” so it is extremely likely we are looking at the company's upcoming Vibe X2. Leaked images of what is allegedly the Lenovo Vibe X2 surfaced recently.

From the certification documents, we do know that it is running Android 4.4.2 which is nearly the latest version of the operating system. By the time it launches, it could have the latest version or Lenovo will just issue a software update right out of the box.
