The Original Transformer to Receive ICS in Early February 5

So you're one of those folk that saw that ICS was already available for owners of the Transformer Prime. Well the folks at Android Police did some sleuthing (pun intended) and found out that the original Transformer will receive its update to ICS come early February. While Asus Singapore may have jumped the gun with this:

Well it wasn't long before they redacted their statement saying this:

So while it sucks that we Transformer owners will not see ICS this week or in January, we will see it soon and it's nice to see that we now have a time frame. So yes, we will have to wait patiently for a little while longer, but hopefully this time period will help Asus iron out the bugs that are appearing in the Prime ICS update. We will keep you posted on when that date is for sure, so stay tuned!
