This really isn't big news, but with all the fuss about Verizon, and if they are going to carry the Galaxy Nexus or if it will be an exclusive, we thought we would share the above image which happens to be the Verizon version, model SCH-I515. It was found within some code on the Samsung website and the image name is Verizon_SCH-i515_front.jpg. It looks similar to the press shot that was released two weeks ago for the official Galaxy Nexus announcement.

If there is any news here, it's that there is no Verizon logo on the front, and even though we don't have a shot of the backside, we don't expect anything more than “Google” and “4G LTE.” As we all know, the Nexus line never had carrier branding as it was always a true Google experience phone. I am still shocked that Verizon went along with this, but super excited. No firm date yet, but we are still putting our money on November 17th.

I still wouldn’t put it past being updated with Verizon branding, though if you can learn anything from the past it is that Google is attempting to keep the Nexus line as their very own.
