Not sure what to watch next on Netflix? No worries—just in time for your next marathon, the streaming giant has continued adding fresh series, films, and even beloved classics to its ever-expanding catalog.

Netflix Keeps Viewers Busy

There’s been no shortage of options for subscribers in recent months. Between Berlin, the much-hyped spin-off from Money Heist, the explosive second season of Devil May Cry, and the chilly suspense of the Nordic crime series October, there’s been plenty to fill up your watchlist. The limited series Legends has also grabbed its share of attention lately.

June’s Spotlight on Classics and a New Thriller

June brought even more for fans—cult hits like the Rocky series, the Creed movies, and the Night at the Museum trilogy joined the lineup. But stealing the spotlight among this wave of titles: another thriller from one of Netflix's surefire favorites, Harlan Coben.

The American author has solidified himself as one of the top names in streaming thrillers. Adaptations of his novels have a strong track record, consistently succeeding thanks to intricate mysteries, missing persons, dark secrets, and jaw-dropping plot twists.

The Newest Must-Watch: Coben’s Latest Adaptation

After multiple hit Netflix series based on his books, Coben’s latest adaptation, Sur tes traces (his first American-set Netflix project), arrived on June 18, 2026. If you’re a fan of his novels, you might already know what’s coming, but here’s the basic premise:

A Father’s Nightmare—and a New Hope

In this new thriller, Coben crafts the story of David Burroughs, a man accused of killing his three-year-old son and sentenced to life behind bars. He remembers nothing of the day his child died, but the evidence—his struggles with alcohol, reports of sleepwalking, and troubling witness statements—couldn’t look worse for him. Still, David knows he could never hurt his son.

Five years later, everything changes. According to the novel’s summary, “A visit from his sister-in-law Rachel, an investigative journalist, offers him a glimmer of hope. She believes she’s spotted Matthew alive in a vacation photo taken by friends: the boy’s distinctive birthmark seems unmistakable. Could Matthew really have survived? Determined to rescue his son and uncover the truth of what really happened that night, David realizes he must break free. But there are people who will do whatever it takes to keep him from discovering what really happened…” Time will tell if this adaptation lives up to Netflix’s strong track record with Coben’s work—but with a plot like this, it’s sure to have thriller fans watching closely.
