Amikin Survival: Anime RPG is a mix of adventure, strategy, and survival. Players must scour for resoruces, craft weapons and items needed for survival, mount a shelter, and collect beautiful monsters – called Amikin – as allies in an open-world after a plane crash.

You've been in a plane-crash near the Nexus Tree and now you have to collect resources, build a shelter, and collect as many Amikins as possible. Along with your Amikins, you must venture into the wilderness and complete the various quests to keep progressing through the game.

Amikin Survival: Anime RPG Overview
This section provides a detailed overview of every in-game feature and mechanic. All the aimless wandering ends once you go through this section.
The Open World
The open world of Amikin Survival has FIVE regions. Each of these regions are accessible right off the bat. However, it is not advised to venture to the tougher regions straight away. See, every region has a recommended character level. If you're not on that level, you won't have the resources needed to survive in that region.

Traversing Through The Open World
Traversing through the various regions is pretty straight forward. However, since the game doesn't point it out, it can be difficult to figure out.
To travel to any given region in Amikin Survival, you simply need to go the edge of the region you're in and use the quick travel feature.
For example, say you are in the Nexus Tree region and want to travel to the Starweed Meadows. Simply head towards the general direction of Starweed Meadows. Once you reach the edge of Nexus Tree, you'll see the quick travel option.
Tap on the gear icon and you'll land in Starweed Meadows in no time.
Mechanics Overview
There are FIVE main gameplay mechanics in Amikin Survival: Anime RPG that players need to know about. Let's start with the easier ones.
Inventory
From metal scraps to wood logs to berries to Amidices, you'll gather a lot of stuff. And everything goes in your inventory. Click on the bag icon to access your inventory and use the items you've gathered.
For example, you can use berries or healing herbs to restore your HP as well as the HP of any chosen Amikin. Similarly, other scrap materials can be used to craft weapons at the Work Station or the Equipment Bench.
Instead of becoming a hoarder, you have to smart about your inventory. There are only 15 spots available to free-to-play players. These fill up pretty quickly and a full inventory can cause problems with completing certain quests.
Shop
The Shop in Amikin Survival is perfectly set up for pay-to-win players. From the in-game currency to top-tier weapons and supplies, you can get everything at the Shop.
There are some tiny treats for the F2P players too. Watch a few ads and you can get Gemlets, weapons, costumes, and more for free!
Construction
The saw and hammer icon is the contruction tab. Tap on it to see all the possible things you can build at any given character level.
A bed, a work station, and an equipment bench will be the first few things you mount near the Nexus Tree as part of the first few quests. After that, you can decide to build anything you want as long as you have the required materials.
Pro Tip: Build a few Universal Boxes as soon as possible. A Universal Box allows you to store 5 items, freeing up some much-needed Inventory space.
Technology
There are 104 weapons and building that you can craft and construct in Amikin Survival. And the Technology tab is where you can learn all about them.
Think of it as a helpful handbook that you can use to learn everything about the various weapons you can craft and the different things you can build in Amikin Survival. From the ‘what it does' to the ‘materials needed,' you'll learn everything from the Technology tab.
Amikins
The cat-like icon in the bottom bar represents the Amikins tab. This is where you can manage all the Amikins that you've collected along the way.
Amikins are cute little creatures that can tame, capture, and tain as your allies. They can be a fighter or a worker.
A fighter Amikin will help you defeat other Amikins in the wild as well as help you fight off NPCs. On the other hand, a worker Amikin will be your handyman, helping you craft and construct. Worker Amikins can continue working on their own too but they will take up more time to finish.
There are FIVE different types of Amikins in the game:
- Fire.
- Water.
- Earth.
- Physical.
- Electric.
Depending on their types, Amikins have different skill and attributes.
Understand the Controls & Other Elements
Apart from the features and mechanics discussed above, the main gameplay screen houses the controls systems. Here's a quick overview of all the controls and the remaining elements visible of the main gameplay screen.

Beginner's Checklist for Amikin Survival: Anime RPG
Once you get a feel for the game, there is plenty for you to do. However, as a beginner, there are a few things you want to prioritize.
Gather Resources
First and foremost, start gathering resources. Metal, wood, fibre, and stone should be on top of your ‘to-gather' list. These are the basic building blocks in Amikin Survival. You'll need a truck load of these items to construct the various buildings available in Amikin Survival.
You also want to find some food for yourself and the Amikins you'll capture along the way. Berries are scattered across the map in abundance and you want to pick up as much as possible. The same goes for healing herbs.
Craft Weapons
Once you've gathered enough resources, the next thing you want to do is craft a weapon. This will help you defend yourself against Amikins as well as become a handy tool in gathering resources.
Without a Scavenger Axe or a Pathfinder Pickaxe, you'll be reduced to picking up single pieces of wood or stone. However, with these weapons, you can chop down trees and break boulders to gather large chunks of wood and stone quickly.
Moreover, using these weapons you can also aid your Amikins during combat. So, choose a favorite weapon, gather the materials needed for it, and craft it!
Mount a Base
To craft weapons and manage your Amikins, you need a base of operations. Choose a spot, preferably close to the Nexus Tree, and start constructing the various buildings needed. You want to start things off with a bed for your Amikins and a console to manage the working Amikins.
After that, set up Work Station and an Equipment Bench to start crafting weapons, costumes, and other equipment.
With these things set up, you're base will start taking shape. From now on, simply follow the quest tasks and build whatever the quests require.
Collect Amikins
Once you have your first Amikin that you'll get by completing an Amikin catching tutorial, it's time to go hunting for more. And by more, I mean as many as you can find. Collect at least one Amikin of every type as soon as possible. This will allow you to test out the skills and abilities of every Amikin type in the game before you finally choose your main Amikin.
You still want to capture as many Amikin as possible to increase your workforce. The Amikins that you don't use for fighting can stay behind and help automate your base of operations- crafting weapons while you explore the wilderness.
