There’s never been a better time to buy a OnePlus 9 or OnePlus 9 Pro, and it’s all thanks to the Pixel 6

Yesterday's Pixel 6 launch brought with it a surprising benefit with prices of the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro being slashed by $130 and $269 respectively on Amazon. It's not known whether this is a permanent price cut or if it's a temporary reduction in reaction to the Pixel 6 series being so reasonably priced. If you were in the market for the OnePlus 9 series there is no better time to get off the fence than right now.

The OnePlus 9 is currently reduced from $729 to $599, giving you a saving of $130 while the $1,069 OnePlus 9 Pro can be had for just $799 which is $100 cheaper than the Pixel 6 Pro.

With 65W Warp Charge and 50W wireless charging in the 9 Pro's case, the OnePlus 9 series doesn't take as long as the Pixel 6 series to recharge their batteries, but they do miss out on IP68 certification. Another difference is that Qualcomm's Snapdragon 888 process provides the grunt for the OnePlus 9 series while Google's new custom Tensor chipset takes care of the Pixel 6 series.
