
The current COVID-19 pandemic has certainly slowed things down in the US, but that hasn't stopped people from still needing certain things. Essential items like groceries have obviously remained constant, but you might not think about how important your cell phone is right now, too.
In the middle of everything going upside down, T-Mobile has managed to step up to the plate and deliver some pretty great customer service, according to their latest award. You can bet they're going to brag about it.

T-Mobile can officially claim the top spot in the wireless industry as the carrier with the strongest customer satisfaction numbers. This marks the company's 20th victory in this metric, and they're 6th straight win in a row.
The report measured all of the wireless carriers on a scale of 1 to 1000, and T-Mobile pulled in a score of 852, which is even higher than they did last year. That's about 50 points above average, and that's about the same margin that they beat Verizon by.
Sprint managed to come in last of the big four, though, so that's something to keep an eye on as the merger between those two runs its course.
Metro by T-Mobile also did fairly well, beating out its closest competition in Cricket Wireless. That does show that T-Mobile is taking customer service seriously from top to bottom, and in the midst of everything being shut down and seriously affected by the current global health crisis, that's a big deal.
