We spent some time with the Moto 360 (3rd-Gen) Wear OS smartwatch after its launch back in December last year and appreciated its styling and the removal of the flat-tire aesthetic that plagued the previous Moto smartwatches. Treading a well-worn path in terms of hardware, this third-generation Moto 360 launched with a $349/£339 price tag that made it somewhat difficult to recommend, but its reduction to $269/£242 makes it a much more palatable proposition.
The 3mm thick stainless steel casing houses a fully round 1.2-inch AMOLED display with the customary 390 x 390 resolution with AOD and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The Snapdragon Wear 3100 processor provides the grunt, is backed up by 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of storage, while the 355mAh battery provides enough power for a day's usage. NFC is present which means the Moto 360 is compatible with Google Pay, a heart rate sensor is also built-in, and there is water-resistance up to 3ATM.
You can pick up the Moto 360 (3rd-Gen) from Amazon in the US for $269 and in the UK for £242.
