ASUS recently released their ROG Phone to the world, and there's very little to complain about aside from the price tag. It's a fully loaded device made for high-performance and gaming with a sleek design, but the durability match up to the money ASUS wants for the phone?
You know someone on YouTube had to find out.
JerryRigEverything got ahold of an ROG Phone and put it through the typical torture test to see how it'll hold up against scratches, bends, and everything else. And, honestly, the phone holds up pretty well, especially compared to some other thin and glass flagship phones that we usually see.
The Gorilla Glass managed to avoid scratching early on, the phone doesn't bend, and it'll last for about 30 seconds in extreme heat. It's obviously not military grade, but I feel like ASUS should be proud of what they put together here.
