It's not quite the same as getting a new phone, but a new wallpaper and a redesigned home screen can usually add some life back to the current device that you're getting tired of.
And hey, maybe one of the wallpapers you saw caught your eye but you just don't want to drop $1000 to get it. I wouldn't blame you.
The wallpapers follow Samsung's current wavy, nebulous aesthetic that they're pushing on their devices. Personally, I kind of miss some of the older designs of solid patterns or actual landscape scenes, but hey, what can you do.
