Although we are still a week away from the big reveal of the Samsung Galaxy Note9, Samsung appears to recognize there are many potential buyers out there who are likely ready to order without knowing anything more about the device than what has been leaked or rumored to this point. To make that happen, Samsung has launched a new page with the tag line “Be first in line” for potential buyers to sign up for updates. More importantly, by signing up Samsung is willing to make sure those buyers get their phones on August 24th.
According to Samsung's new reservation page for the Galaxy Note9, other than the guaranteed delivery commitment, buyers will get early access to the pre-order process. Samsung also indicates buyers may be eligible for up to $450 in trade-in allowances, although it is not clear whether that amount is more than what “normal” buyers may be eligible for.

If the idea of signing up for a device before the official announcement has even occurred, Samsung is not making you commit to an actual purchase. Hit the source link below if you are ready to get in the virtual line to order a Galaxy Note9.
